Product Return

After submitting your withdrawal statement, you have 14 days to send the products back to our address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Refund

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request. We may withhold the refund until the goods are delivered back to us. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
